Leasing Agent
Spinnaker Property Management is seeking to fill the position of Leasing Agent. This position is responsible for managing a 225+ unit community and reports to Community Manager. The community requires employee to live on-site for the ability to serve on-call for community emergencies. A high school diploma and a minimum of four years previous experience in 225+ unit residential property management is required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible leasing apartments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Assists in measuring effectiveness of marketing programs and in making periodic market surveys.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing, showing and leasing of units
· Resident relations
· Assists with planning and coordination of resident activities
- Administration
- Other assigned tasks
Physical Demands - The employee is required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Work Environment - While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
