We are new renters with Spinnaker and have had an absolutely amazing experience working with them. Communication is their strong suit! From the start, Taiya and the leasing team were immediately responsive to all our questions and even helped us schedule multiple showings in one day so we could get measurements of the space. We have always known our next steps and what to expect with them. And for bonus points, all rent, maintenance requests and documents are available through an awesome online portal. SO HELPFUL! Update: We were working to get set up with internet at our rental, and found out when the internet installer arrived that we needed immediate access to the electrical room. We contacted the maintenance team and Drew was IMMEDIATELY here for access to the room and also helped answer additional questions we had. 10/10 experience!
